Hi, I’m Kathy Kessler.
My passion for helping women through midlife hormonal changes comes from lived experience.
After having a hysterectomy, I struggled with my hormones for years. My sleep was terrible. I felt constantly on edge, emotionally fragile, and overwhelmed. I cried more than I wanted to admit and didn’t feel like myself anymore.
What confused me the most was that the things that used to work no longer did. My workouts weren’t working anymore. I was exercising regularly, doing what I had always done to stay healthy, yet my energy continued to drop and my body felt stressed instead of supported.
I searched for answers, but so much of what I found felt dismissive, extreme, or unsustainable. What I needed wasn’t another rigid plan or harder workouts—I needed understanding, support, and lifestyle strategies that worked with my changing body, not against it.
Through education, self-advocacy, and gentle, consistent changes, I began to restore my balance. My sleep improved. My energy returned. I felt calmer, steadier, and more in control of my health.
I’ve lived this journey, and I can honestly say that I came through it feeling like myself again—only better: more aware, more balanced, and more empowered in my health than ever before.
That experience changed everything—and it’s why I do this work today.
